This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll work across the entire organization, providing practical legal support on a wide range of matters. Reporting to our General Counsel, you will partner closely with the business, helping teams move fast, make well-informed decisions and navigate a rapidly evolving landscape while managing legal risk.</span><br><br><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with stakeholders across the business, providing practical legal advice on day-to-day matters</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage corporate housekeeping and ensure strong corporate governance</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support M&A projects and other strategic business initiatives</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build and manage relationships with external counsel, coordinating specialist advice when needed</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop templates, playbooks and scalable ways of working, leveraging AI and automation to make legal support faster, smarter and more efficient</span></p></li><li><p><span>Stay on top of relevant legal development, translating them into clear, pragmatic guidance for the business</span><br></p></li></ul><p><br><strong>Who You Are:</strong><br><span>You're a qualified lawyer who thrives in a broad, hands-on role and enjoys working close to the business in a fast-moving environment. You combine sound legal judgement with a pragmatic mindset.</span></p><p><br><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-ebf1af6a-7fff-45c4-7040-2d07573678c3">You also bring:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>A Swedish law degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience from a law firm or an in-house legal team</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken (German is a plus)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience of, or a genuine interest in, working across a broad range of legal matters rather than specializing in one area</span></p></li><li><p><span>A practical, business-oriented approach and the confidence to work independently in a high-growth tech environment</span></p></li><li><p><span>The ability to turn legal complexity into clear, actionable advice</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a natural ability to build trust across technical and commercial teams</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience of using AI tools to work smarter, and an interest in helping shape how AI and automation can strengthen the legal function, is a strong merit</span><br><br></p></li></ul><p><strong>📍 Location</strong><br>Our beautiful office is located in the heart of Södermalm just a short walk from Slussen subway station.
