In our eyes game development is a promise for fun and entertainment, that’s what we live and aim for!</p><p>We are looking forward to welcome to our team an experienced and data-driven <strong>Live Operations Manager </strong>to join our team working on a successful Free-to-Play (F2P) mobile strategy game: <a target="_blank" href="https://playsupremacy.com/en/games/world-war-3"><strong>Supremacy: WW3</strong></a></p><p>The LiveOps Manager is a critical role responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing all in-game events, promotions, and content updates designed to drive engagement, retention, and monetization for our global player base.</p><p>You will form part of the Game Design team, owning and coordinating the live game experience, ensuring a continuous stream of exciting, profitable, and high-quality content.<br></p><h4><strong>YOUR MISSION</strong></h4><p><strong>Strategy and Planning</strong></p><ul><li><p>Develop and own the rolling LiveOps calendar, including daily, weekly, and monthly events, sales, and content releases, aligning with long-term business goals and product strategy.</p></li><li><p>Develop and Execute LiveOps Strategy: design, plan, and execute a comprehensive LiveOps roadmap (quarterly, monthly, weekly) that aligns with the game's long-term vision and business objectives.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with Development, Art, Game Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Community teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful live service roadmap.</p></li><li><p>Forecast the performance of live events and promotions, setting clear, measurable goals for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Daily Active Users (DAU), retention rates, conversion, and Average Revenue Per Daily Active User (ARPDAU).</p></li><li><p>Create and maintain clear and optimized documentation about all LiveOps initiatives, procedures, and strategies.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Execution and Management</strong></p><ul><li><p>Oversee the end-to-end execution of all LiveOps initiatives, including content preparation, configuration, QA, and deployment, using internal tools and external platforms.</p></li><li><p>Proactively Monitor the live service and event performance in real-time, rapidly identifying and reacting to issues, anomalies, or opportunities to optimize outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate asset delivery and messaging with creative and marketing teams to ensure timely and compelling communication of LiveOps to players.</p></li><li><p>Own and coordinate push notifications in order to keep players informed of new events and initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Own dedicated LiveOps features which contribute towards player retention and engagement, and payer conversion.</p></li><li><p>Work directly within the Game Design team to deliver unique LiveOps events and contribute towards the continued success of the game.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Analysis and Optimization</strong></p><ul><li><p>Conduct deep analysis on the performance of all executed events and sales, as well as ongoing features, generating actionable insights and post-mortem reports.</p></li><li><p>Utilize A/B testing methodologies to optimize event mechanics, monetization and content presentation.</p></li><li><p>Proactively identify opportunities for new features, content, or improvements based on data analysis, player feedback, and competitive intelligence.</p></li><li><p>Work with the Analytics team to identify data requirements and assist the product team in optimizing their efforts and operations.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li><p>Act as a point of contact for all LiveOps execution questions and dependencies in the product team.</p></li><li><p>Maintain strong communication with the Customer Support team to address high-priority player issues related to live events quickly and effectively.</p></li><li><p>Maintain strong communication with the Community Management team to keep players up to date on all events and initiatives taking place in the game.</p></li></ul><h4><strong>YOUR PROFILE</strong></h4><p><strong>Essential Experience</strong></p><ul><li><p>3+ years of experience in Live Operations, Product Management, or Growth Marketing within the Free-to-Play mobile gaming industry.</p></li><li><p>Proven track record managing complex, high-velocity LiveOps calendars for an F2P title, preferably a strategy or mid-core game.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in game data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Amplitude, etc.) and a strong ability to translate raw data into strategic recommendations.</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of F2P monetization models, virtual economies, and player segmentation principles.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Key Skills and Attributes</strong></p><ul><li><p>Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multi
