Localization Operations Manager

Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in localization operations, production, or program management in gaming, tech, or entertainment Experience supporting complex global launches and distributed teams Strong understanding of localization pipelines, internationalization, and QA processes Experience with localization management systems, CMS platforms, and project management tools (e.g., Jira or similar) Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without authority Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex workflows Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin Desired Qualifications: Experience scaling global operational systems or programs Familiarity with automation or AI-enabled localization workflows Experience in change management or operational transformation Understanding of regional compliance and publishing requirements in China For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes the delight of players.
