Manager, Payments
Requirements: Minimum of seven (7) years of related experience in payments, with at least two (2) years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of Payment industry best practices and compliance requirements, develop initiatives that improve auth rates, maximizes revenues and reduces costs and redundancies. Advance skills in analyzing data, presenting observations, and making recommendations in meeting payment and company objectives. Experience in managing and leading payment vendor partner and merchant peer relationships. Business acumen in providing subject matter expertise guidance to internal business partners Experience in leading, managing and prioritizing multiple projects and initiatives with the involvement of multiple internal and external partners. Applies knowledge of key business drivers and the factors that maximize department performance. Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time. Relocation assistance may be available. This position includes the base pay range listed below, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. Pay Range: $108,450 — $173,550 USD
