As a Managing Consultant, you assume full ownership of complex cloud-native engagements, covering delivery, client relationships, team development, and commercial success. Operating at the intersection of technology, business, and organizational dynamics, this role plays a key part in delivering sustainable impact for both clients and TrueFullstaq. Bringing clarity to complex environments is essential, combining strategic insight with disciplined execution to translate ambition into tangible results. In this role, you are responsible for supporting the development and performance of your team, fostering an environment where consultants can grow, excel, and thrive. Strong expertise in people management and talent development, together with a passion for building collaborative and high-performing teams, are key to success. As a valued member of the Consulting Management Team, you report directly to the Chief of Consulting & Expert Services.
