Steel Fabrication Technician – Architectural Metals Location: Richmond, VA Schedule: First Shift | Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM Compensation: Starting at $22.00 per hour, with higher rates available based on experience Additional Hours: Occasional Saturday overtime may be required Position Summary We are seeking a skilled fabrication professional to support the production of custom steel and architectural metal products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves transforming engineering drawings and fabrication plans into finished assemblies while maintaining high standards for safety, precision, and workmanship. Successful candidates will have experience working with miscellaneous metals, structural components, and fabricated assemblies, along with the ability to adapt to changing production priorities and project deadlines.
