Working alongside our modern work team, you’ll configure, design and document solutions across Purview, SharePoint and the Power Platform that directly impact our clients’ success.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Configure and implement Microsoft Purview solutions — sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, records management, eDiscovery and audit.</p></li><li><p>Build wider Microsoft 365 solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI</p></li><li><p>Design and manage SharePoint sites using PnP and CSOM PowerShell.</p></li><li><p>Run file migrations and structure designs using tools such as Sharegate.</p></li><li><p>Support solution design workshops, requirements gathering and client documentation.</p></li><li><p>Deliver training and presentations, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Required Skills & Experience:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Proven experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Purview, implementing data governance and compliance solutions.</p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraph">Solid understanding of the Office 365 ecosystem — SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Apps and Power BI.</p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraph">Good working knowledge of information protection, retention, DLP and records management.</p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraph">Able to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and produce high-quality documentation.</p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraph">Strong analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills.</p></li></ul><p class="MsoListParagraph"></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><strong>Desirable</strong></p><ul><li><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>Microsoft accreditations (e.g. SC-900, SC-400) and experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li><p>A dynamic and supportive working environment.</p></li><li><p>Opportunities for career progression within the company.</p></li><li><p>Ongoing training and professional development.</p></li><li><p>Competitive salary</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Key Points:</strong></p><p><strong>Diversity & Inclusion:</strong> We celebrate diverse backgrounds and perspectives; they make us stronger.
