Mobile Patrol Officer – Night Shifts - Sydney

CONSTANT is seeking professional and reliable Patrol Officers to join our NSW operations team across overnight shifts. This role goes beyond static guarding - you’ll be responsible for mobile patrols, alarm responses, site inspections, incident response, and maintaining a strong visible security presence across multiple client locations. You’ll play a critical role in protecting people, property, and businesses while delivering exceptional customer service and professional support during after-hours operations. What You’ll Be Doing Conducting scheduled mobile patrols across different sites Responding to alarms, incidents, and emergency callouts in a timely and professional manner Performing lock-up and unlock services for client premises Completing site inspections and identifying security risks or hazards Maintaining accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and shift updates using reporting systems Liaising with emergency services, clients, and internal operations teams when required Providing a strong and visible security presence to deter unlawful activity Delivering professional customer service and maintaining positive client relationships Following company procedures and compliance requirements at all times Who We’re Looking For Experienced Security Officers with patrol or mobile response experience preferred Professionals who are confident working independently during overnight operations Candidates with strong situational awareness, communication skills, and professionalism You’ll Thrive in This Role If You: Remain calm, proactive, and solutions-focused under pressure Enjoy working autonomously and managing varied environments Have strong observation and decision-making skills Take pride in professionalism, reliability, and punctuality Are confident using mobile devices, reporting systems, and GPS navigation Can communicate clearly and professionally with clients and emergency services What You’ll Need Current NSW Security Licence (mandatory) Current Driver Licence with a clean driving record Current First Aid & CPR Certification, or willingness to obtain Excellent verbal and written communication skills Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays Full working rights in Australia Why Join CONSTANT?
