We are now looking for an experienced Nanofabrication Engineer who wants to help transform cutting-edge research into real-world quantum hardware.</em></p><p><strong>The role<br></strong>As a Nanofabrication Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing fabrication processes for next-generation quantum hardware. Your primary focus will be hands-on nanofabrication and process development in advanced cleanroom environments, taking processes from concept through implementation and continuous improvement.</p><p>In addition, you will contribute to device design, characterization, experimentation, and data analysis. While you will work with technologies that enable quantum computing, prior experience in quantum technologies is not required.</p><p>Your work will include:</p><ul><li><p>Nanofabrication in cleanroom facilities</p></li><li><p>Process development and optimization</p></li><li><p>Device modelling and design</p></li><li><p>Characterization and measurement of fabricated devices</p></li><li><p>Data analysis and troubleshooting</p></li><li><p>Collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams</p></li><li><p>Planning and executing experiments</p></li></ul><p>You will have significant ownership of your work and the opportunity to influence both technical direction and process development.<br><br><strong>What we offer</strong><br>At SCALINQ, you'll join an ambitious and international team working at the forefront of quantum technology. We believe our success comes from the diversity, expertise, and dedication of our people.<br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>MSc with several years of relevant industry experience, or a PhD in a relevant field</p></li><li><p>Strong experience in nanofabrication, microfabrication, semiconductor processing, or related technologies</p></li><li><p>Experience in hardware development environments</p></li><li><p>Fluent English (written and spoken)</p></li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p><ul><li><p>Superconducting devices or quantum technologies</p></li><li><p>High-frequency or analog hardware development</p></li><li><p>Development of fabrication processes from concept to implementation</p></li><li><p>MyFab cleanroom certifications/licenses</p></li></ul><p></p><p><em>Ready to help shape the future of quantum computing?
