NetSuite Team Lead (m/f/d) – Administration & Development | Finance Focus

As our Finance Transformation Manager , you will act as the technical and functional owner of our NetSuite environment , combining hands-on administration, development, and team leadership with a strong focus on finance processes . In this role, you will lead a team of NetSuite and Atlassian experts, drive system architecture and automation, and ensure that our finance systems scale efficiently and reliably in a fast-growing international environment. Your work will directly impact financial operations, reporting quality, and global scalability . What is your Day to Day Mission: NetSuite Ownership (Admin & Development with Finance Focus) Own, administer, and continuously develop our NetSuite ERP system , with a strong focus on finance processes (e.g. accounting, reporting, controlling). Design and implement customizations (SuiteScript, workflows, integrations) . Ensure data integrity, system performance, and audit-ready financial processes. Team Leadership (NetSuite Admin & Development) Lead and develop a team of NetSuite and Atlassian administrators and developers . Prioritize workloads, coach team members, and ensure high delivery quality. Establish best practices for development, documentation, and system governance . Finance Process Automation & Optimization Drive automation of core finance processes to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy. Translate finance requirements into scalable system solutions. Optimize end-to-end processes (e.g. order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report ). Technology Ownership & Integration Leadership Own the architecture, performance, and stability of NetSuite, Jira, and Confluence . Drive integrations between NetSuite and adjacent systems (BI, data, operations). Maintain clear documentation of all system customizations. Data & Decision Support Turn finance and business data into actionable insights using NetSuite and BI tools. Enable leadership with reliable, standardized, finance-relevant reporting . Ensure high data quality across systems. Global Standardization & Collaboration Define and implement global finance system standards and workflows . Ensure consistency across reporting structures and processes in all regions. Act as the key interface between Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders .
