Operations Manager (InsurTech)

📍 Remote Working - You will be required to visit our Lincoln office 1-2 days per month (paid travel) Our Mission: - Two in five people in the UK rent their homes. Our mission? The Opportunity: - Identify operational inefficiencies and lead initiatives to improve, streamline and automate existing processes. - Produce and maintain reporting, dashboards and insights that support the Insurance sales teams in achieving their goals. - Partner closely with Finance, Data and commercial stakeholders to solve problems and deliver operational improvements to ensure efficiency, accuracy and scalability. - Manage month-end operational processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of key activities. - Manage and develop an Operations Exec, providing coaching, support and performance feedback. What we need from you: - Have experience in an Operations, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or analytical role within a SaaS, technology or scale-up environment.. - Have a track record of identifying operational challenges and implementing process improvements. - Have strong SQL skills and can confidently interrogate data to answer business questions. - Are highly proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets. It would also be great if: - you have experience working within an InsurTech or insurance business.
