About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager with at least 2 years of experience to oversee and improve daily business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in process optimization, and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams. While fluency in English is essential, German language skills are considered a valuable asset . Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments Analyze processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency Manage budgets, reports, and internal documentation Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments to support company goals Monitor KPIs and operational performance, providing insights and solutions Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards Support the onboarding and training of new employees Assist leadership with strategic planning and execution
