We are looking for the right candidate to join our team as our new Operations Supervisor in Grays. Could it be you? What would your day at GAC look like? ·         Overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks and managing priorities to ensure efficient delivery of service ·         Managing staffing levels through effective rostering and workforce planning to meet operational demands ·         Training and developing team members to deliver high performance and meet operational objectives ·         Completing site training to enable operational cover when required ·         Maintaining safe and compliant operations through completion of audits, competency checks and risk assessments ·         Acting as a key customer contact and contribute to business development activities to expand customer base
