Then the role of <strong>Partner Coordinator</strong> at Bygghemma Nordic could be for you.</p><p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p>As a <strong>Partner Coordinator</strong>, you will manage and optimize partner performance across product suppliers and field service operations. You will oversee partner claims, operational processes, and packaging optimization – ensuring partners meet performance standards while contributing to overall profitability and growth.</p><p>You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen delivery performance, integration quality, and operational efficiency.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Optimize partner performance metrics</p></li><li><p>Maintain integration standards and monitor supplier KPIs</p></li><li><p>Drive operational improvements and implement new performance standards</p></li><li><p>Manage partner and product claims</p></li><li><p>Ensure SLA compliance across partners</p></li><li><p>Support profitability through cost and process optimization</p></li></ul><p><strong>Example tasks</strong></p><ul><li><p>Optimize shipment flows and cost efficiency processes</p></li><li><p>Manage invoicing of partner claims and return charges</p></li><li><p>Monitor supplier performance through KPI tracking</p></li><li><p>Handle product and SLA claims toward suppliers</p></li><li><p>Ensure fast resolution and accountability in partner-related issues</p></li></ul><p><strong>Who you are</strong></p><p>You are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented, with a strong interest in logistics, supply chain, and e-commerce operations. You enjoy combining operational coordination with performance improvement initiatives.</p><p><strong>We believe you have:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 3 years’ experience in transportation, logistics, or similar fields</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics flows, and/or e-commerce models</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action</p></li><li><p>Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics-related systems</p></li><li><p>Fluency in Swedish and English</p></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Education in logistics, supply chain management, or related field</p></li><li><p>Experience in supplier or partner management</p></li><li><p>Background in e-commerce or retail</p></li><li><p>Experience with OMS, WMS, or delivery management systems</p></li></ul><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><p>At Bygghemma Nordic, you’ll take on a business-critical role in a fast-growing e-commerce group where you can influence partner performance, operational processes, and profitability.
