At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a Payments Acquiring Support Analyst to join one of our clients ' teams. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients and act as their primary point of contact. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for change requests and enhancements. Coordinate solution delivery activities, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and release management. Support solution configuration, validation, and implementation activities. Manage production incidents, service requests, and operational escalations while ensuring SLA compliance. Monitor issue resolution progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Work closely with Delivery, Technical, QA, and Support teams to ensure successful project delivery. Participate in root cause analysis and drive continuous service improvement initiatives. Support clients during implementation, go-live, and Business As Usual (BAU) operations. Assist with training, knowledge transfer, and mentoring activities where required. Participate in a 24/7 operational support roster, including occasional shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Provide support for merchant acquiring services including: Payment gateways and transaction routing POS terminal and merchant integration issues
