Performance Manager
At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment services to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Performance Account Manager to grow our client’s performance advertising activity. You’ll be responsible for onboarding new performance advertisers and affiliates, managing active campaigns, signing IOs, optimizing traffic sources, and promoting offers internally to media buying and publisher teams. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who understands affiliate marketing dynamics, works fast, and can grow accounts while keeping performance goals in check. Key Responsibilities: Advertiser Onboarding & Account Growth Handle full-cycle onboarding for performance advertisers and affiliate partners Sign insertion orders (IOs), review offer terms, payouts, caps, and tracking setup Ensure proper tracking (S2S/Postback or pixel) and attribution Media Buying & Optimization Pull offers and onboard traffic sources that best match vertical, geo, and KPI Launch and monitor campaigns via EZmob’s internal tools Analyze KPIs (e.g., CR, EPC, ROI, CPA) to optimize performance Communication & Reporting Act as point-of-contact for assigned advertisers and affiliates Provide daily/weekly reporting and recommendations to clients Help troubleshoot postback issues or underperforming traffic flows
