PMO
We are looking for a PMO for our client in the manufacturing industry. We are seeking a structured and collaborative PMO to support strategic program management activities across a complex transformation portfolio. Acting as a key coordinator and facilitator, this role serves as the connecting link between project teams, stakeholders, and governance bodies, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and follow-through on program activities. The ideal candidate excels at stakeholder coordination, communication, and organization, bringing strong PMO knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to create transparency, consistency, and momentum across the program. Assignment Description: Support in tasks related to program planning, risk management, change request management, budgeting, communication etc. Develop frameworks and approaches for selected program areas e.g. risk management, Change Request/Gap management, hypercare governance, assessments, project management/stage-gate model etc. Coordinate and drive development of decision material to program fora e.g. Steering Board Facilitation of specific program meetings and fora Create, maintain & drive internal programme communication plan Prepare communication material with towards various program stakeholders. i.e. monthly program newsletter Ensure programme material e.g. org. chart, role descriptions, programme plans are up to date Qualifications: Project Governance: Strong understanding of governance frameworks, compliance, and reporting standards Portfolio Management: Ability to manage multiple projects ensuring alignment with strategic objectives Methodologies: Expertise in project management methodologies Performance Monitoring: Ability to define KPIs, track progress, and provide actionable insights Risk & Issue Management: Skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across projects Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication for executive reporting and stakeholder engagement Team Coordination: Experience in guiding project managers and ensuring consistent PMO standards. Implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with organizational standard. Supporting change management initiatives across projects. Start date : 02-08-2026 End date: 31-12-2026 Location: Bjerringbro, Denmark For the duration of this assignment Ework Services (0,7%) will be deducted from the total amount invoiced.
