Do you bring the expertise to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to large-scale ERP and operating model change?</em></strong></p><p>This is an opportunity to take the lead on a high-profile Finance Transformation programme, establishing and embedding a best-in-class PMO that will underpin how change is delivered across the business. You’ll play a central role in driving an ERP implementation alongside a Target Operating Model redesign, helping redefine how finance operates for the future.</p><p><strong>Why this role stands out</strong></p><p><strong>• </strong>Own and build the PMO for a major transformation programme from the outset</p><p>• Operate at the centre of a strategic initiative with direct exposure to senior leadership</p><p>• Influence how governance, delivery, and reporting are embedded across a complex, multi-workstream programme</p><p>• Shape outcomes that will have lasting impact on finance capability, performance, and efficiency</p><p><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></p><p><strong>• </strong>Experience leading PMO within large-scale Finance Transformation programmes</p><p>• Excellent understanding of ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, or similar)</p><p>• Experience supporting Target Operating Model design and rollout</p><p>• Depth in governance, planning, risk management, and financial oversight</p><p>• Advanced skills in tools such as MS Project and Power BI</p><p>• A track record of bringing together cross-functional teams and managing complex dependencies</p><p>• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and delivering clear, impactful reporting</p><p><strong>Additional experience that would add value:</strong></p><p><strong>•</strong> Exposure to agile or hybrid delivery environments</p><p>• Understanding of finance processes and operations</p><p>• Programme or project management certifications (PMP, MSP, PRINCE2 or equivalent)</p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p><p><strong>• </strong>Designing and embedding a PMO framework that drives consistency, visibility, and control</p><p>• Creating integrated programme plans that align ERP and operating model workstreams</p><p>• Providing delivery assurance by actively managing risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines</p><p>• Leading financial oversight, including budget tracking, forecasting, and benefits realisation</p><p>• Producing executive-level insights, dashboards, and reporting to support decision-making</p><p>• Coordinating resources across internal teams and external delivery partners</p><p>• Setting quality standards and enabling assurance across all programme outputs</p><p><strong>How you’ll make an impact</strong></p><p>You’ll act as the central point of coordination for a transformation that touches multiple parts of the organisation.
