The Role The Pricing - Senior Manager is a commercially-minded, analytically rigorous role responsible for shaping and executing pricing strategy across a product or market portfolio. You will lead a small team of Pricing Analysts, own the pricing roadmap, and work closely with the Product, Data, and Revenue & Risk management teams to drive profitability, attachment rates, and sustainable growth — all grounded in experimentation and evidence. Responsibilities Pricing Strategy & Roadmap Lead portfolio-wide pricing strategies, balancing revenue, margin, and competitive positioning. Lead pricing sophistication initiatives maximizing AI tooling with clear performance ownership. Own the pricing roadmap — prioritising initiatives and experiments across client, product and partner portfolio. Evaluate use/ business cases via pricing models and assess expected impact. Continuous benchmark pricing against market and competitors, surfacing actionable opportunities. Ensure pricing logic is well-documented, calibrated accurately, and consistently applied. Work closely with key stakeholders to secure a 360 performance optimization strategy. Experimentation & Optimisation Lead the design, execution, and interpretation of A/B pricing tests across the portfolio. Coordinate the pricing experimentation calendar with Product, Data, and Revenue & Risk management teams. Translate test results and pricing signals into clear recommendations and commercial decisions considering a 360 KPI optimization approach. Continuously improve pricing methodologies, tools, and ways of working. Performance Monitoring & Insight Own pricing KPIs — attachment rate, profitability, margin — ensuring alignment with targets. Monitor daily and weekly performance metrics; identify deviations and drive corrective actions. Build and maintain KPI dashboards and automated reporting for pricing performance. Deliver pricing insights packs for key stakeholders and governance forums. Team Leadership Lead and support a team of Pricing Analysts in their day-to-day work. Define and steer priorities, lead by example and support the team to grow their skills. Create a team culture rooted in curiosity, rigour, and evidence-based decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the pricing point of contact for relevant product or market verticals. Work closely with Product Managers aligning pricing with broader product initiatives. Work closely with Revenue management and Data teams to secure optimum modelling. Communicate pricing decisions, margin trade-offs, and commercial rationale clearly to stakeholders. Core
