Support strategic corporate technology direction by using in-depth technical expertise in own research area(s) to drive and initiate research work and ensure innovative solutions with customer value. Works within ABB, across relevant organizational boundaries, as an acknowledged expert in at least one technical or scientific area. Masters and drives development within own expertise area, as well as maintaining knowledge of other related areas and disciplines in order to make connections between them.
