Now onto the formal stuff.</p><p></p><p><span><strong>Here are the things we want to hire you to do:</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>· Together with site manager and global organization, build up, maintain, and further develop the quality system and HACCP work at site</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>· Participate in LEAN/Improvement work</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>· Exterior cleaning of the equipment and verification of the CIP</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>· Follow the Food Safety rules and Good Manufacture Practice</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>· Comply with GMPs, PPE, sanitation procedures, general housekeeping and food safety and food defense practices and procedures</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>· Utilize process data, trend analysis and training to monitor, troubleshoot and respond to process conditions to optimize the plant operations</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>· Collect and test samples on different stage of the process, and take action based on the results when required.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>· Perform basic laboratory testing pH, viscosity, total solids and titration</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>· Maintain a clean facility and follow the sanitation schedule</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>· Perform ATP swabbing</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>· Adhere to all safety standards and wear all necessary personal protective equipment</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>· Other duties assigned</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Here are the things we think you need:</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>· Must be 18 years or older with the ability to read, write and speak English specific to work instructions including but not limited to safety purposes</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· High school, GED, or equivalent diploma required</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· +1 year of Food or Process industry experience</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Technical orientation</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Experience in working with quality and HCCP</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Experience in training of co-workers</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· IT competence: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint) and ERP systems</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Social competence and ability to establish sound relationships with others</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Ability to work in a systematic, analytical, accurate, and structured way</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Improvement driven and focused on completing goals</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Agile and adaptable in a fast past work environment</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Maintenance and mechanical knowledge</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Lean/OPEX/Six sigma experience</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Ability to climb several flights of stairs and ladders</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force at times and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Ability to work in cold and hot environments (approximately 38F-80F degrees)</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Ability to be mobile in accomplishing tasks and or moving from one worksite (up to 1-mile range) to another this could include but not be limited to in-plant departments, (Shipping- Receiving, Production, etc.) and/or to Oatly’s 3rd party warehouse</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"><span>· Ability to repeat motions that may include use of the wrists, hands and/or fingers, and standing or
