You will have <strong>end</strong>‑<strong>to</strong>‑<strong>end ownership</strong> of Collaboration Services, including <strong>Microsoft 365 delivery</strong> and <strong>enterprise communication and mass</strong>‑<strong>mailing tools</strong>, used daily across the Securitas Group.</p><p class="MsoNormal">This is a <strong>senior leadership role</strong> combining product strategy, people management, financial responsibility, and vendor management in a complex, international environment.</p><hr><p><strong>What you will do</strong></p><p>As Product Manager for Collaboration Services, you will:</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Own product strategy and roadmap</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Define and drive the long‑term <strong>vision, strategy, and roadmap</strong> for Collaboration Services.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Balance innovation, user experience, security, cost efficiency, and operational stability.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Own the product backlog and prioritization across the full product lifecycle (design, build, run).</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Lead Microsoft 365 and collaboration delivery</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Oversee the global delivery and evolution of <strong>Microsoft 365 collaboration services</strong> (e.g. Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Own enterprise email, messaging, and <strong>mass</strong>‑<strong>mailing/communication platforms</strong>.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Drive adoption of new Microsoft capabilities while managing evergreen changes and dependencies.</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Manage and develop people</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Lead a <strong>distributed, multicultural team</strong> of engineers and service managers across Europe.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Set clear goals, priorities, and ways of working.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Build a high‑performing, engaged, and accountable team culture.</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Own financial planning and reporting</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Be accountable for <strong>budget planning, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting</strong> for the Collaboration Services portfolio.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Ensure transparent cost models, consumption tracking, and value realization.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Present financial status, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders.</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Manage vendors and partners</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Own relationships with strategic vendors and service partners.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Ensure commercial performance, cost efficiency, and delivery according to SLAs and OLAs.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Drive continuous improvement and contract optimization.</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Act as a key stakeholder interface</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Collaborate closely with global and regional IT, security, architecture, and business stakeholders.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Communicate clearly around roadmap, priorities, risks, and outcomes.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Ensure alignment
