Program Contract & Supplier Manager

For our client, we are looking for a Program Contract & Supplier Manager. Job description Manage supplier contracts, including contractual obligations, milestones, payment terms, gates, and invoices. Manage supplier penalties and claims processes. Lead and document commercial negotiations with suppliers. Manage supplier budgets and commercial follow-up. Act as the primary commercial point of contact for partners within the clients business platform Serve as the key interface between the program, Controlling, and Purchasing regarding supplier costs. Be a member of the clients business platform Leadership Team. Act as the main interface to the legal advisor for partner contracts. The role includes understanding and drafting contracts, while external legal counsel supports formal claims and specialized legal matters. Required skills Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Proven experience in commercial contract management. Background in Finance, Controlling, Contract Management, PMO, or a similar function. Ability to understand and draft commercial contracts. Support of an external legal resource is used for official claims or other legal expertise. Strong understanding of program governance and processes, including gateway processes. Excellent commercial understanding. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Structured, analytical, and confident when interacting with senior stakeholders. Contract start: July 2026 Contract end: 30 November 2027 Workload: 100% Working language: English Location: Remote in Europe Travel: Occasional travel may be required, approximately 1 to 2 times per year.
