Program Coordinator
Assignment Description In this role, you will play a central part in the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring that people, processes, and workforce planning are effectively aligned with program objectives and long-term strategic goals. You will work closely with Program Management, PMO, Program HR, and local HR teams, helping to create structure, drive operational excellence, and support the continuous development of program capabilities. The position combines operational coordination, workforce planning, administration, communication, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for maintaining efficient ways of working, supporting staffing and resource management activities, coordinating people-related processes, and ensuring smooth collaboration across a complex and highly distributed program environment. This assignment is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving coordination across teams in a global and virtual setting. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support daily operational activities across the program Manage program administration, documentation, reporting, and data tracking Support workforce planning, staffing coordination, and resource allocation activities Collaborate closely with Program HR and local HR teams on people-related processes Facilitate communication and information flow across a global and virtual organization Maintain and improve frameworks, processes, and ways of working Support organizational development and continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate competence development, reskilling, and upskilling activities Track long-term capability-building initiatives and workforce development plans Support compliance with policies, labor regulations, and ethical standards Promote employee engagement and well-being through proactive coordination and support Assist leadership and stakeholders with planning, follow-up, and operational execution Required QualificationsProven experience in a coordination, operations, PMO, HR coordination, or program support role Experience working within complex programs, transformation initiatives, or matrix organizations Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Experience supporting workforce planning, resource management, or people-related processes Excellent communication skills with the ability to create clarity across multiple stakeholders Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical and structured ways of working Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly organized mindset Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Passion for continuous improvement, efficiency, and operational excellence Comfortable working in a global and virtual environment Your Application Does this role sound interesting and like a good fit for you?
