Project Buyer

<p>We are looking for a driven and communicative Project Buyer to join our team. This is a key role in a dynamic supply chain environment, where you will act as the central point of contact between internal stakeholders and suppliers worldwide. You will balance structured processes with problem-solving in a fast-paced setting, contributing to both day-to-day purchasing operations and long-term supply chain improvements.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Negotiate project-specific purchase orders based on agreed terms, conditions and price lists</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain supplier relationships with clear and formalized communication</p></li><li><p>Monitor and ensure suppliers meet agreed delivery performance targets</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with colleagues on procurement-related tasks</p></li><li><p>Identify and act on opportunities for continuous improvement</p></li><li><p>Prepare and manage purchase orders end-to-end</p></li><li><p>Communicate supply risks and issues that may impact business operations</p></li><li><p>Actively contribute to the organization's digitalization journey</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>Proven procurement experience with a structured and commercial mindset</p></li><li><p>Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Analytical approach with demonstrated problem-solving ability</p></li><li><p>Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively and deliver on set targets</p></li><li><p>Commercial and financial awareness</p></li><li><p>Adaptable to shifting business needs and customer demands</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with SAP</p></li><li><p>Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken</p></li></ul><p><strong>About Astek Sweden</strong></p><p>Astek is built on curiosity, technical passion and a commitment to innovation.
