The role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.</span></p> <p><strong><span>&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span>Key Responsibilities</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Plan, manage, and execute&nbsp;project timelines and deliverables&nbsp;for Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service implementations</span></li> <li><span>Lead&nbsp;Agile ceremonies&nbsp;including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews to ensure team alignment</span></li> <li><span>Manage&nbsp;project scope, budget, and resources, proactively identifying and addressing variances</span></li> <li><span>Track&nbsp;project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive timely resolution</span></li> <li><span>Remove&nbsp;team blockers&nbsp;and facilitate issue resolution across functional and technical teams</span></li> <li><span>Maintain&nbsp;project documentation, status reports, and governance artifacts&nbsp;for internal and client visibility</span></li> <li><span>Drive&nbsp;stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication and expectation management throughout the project lifecycle</span></li> <li><span>Coordinate&nbsp;cross-functional teams&nbsp;including business, functional, technical, and QA teams</span></li> <li><span>Support&nbsp;post-go-live activities, including hypercare coordination with operations teams</span></li> <li><span>Capture&nbsp;lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span>&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span>Required Qualifications</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>8+ years of experience in&nbsp;IT project/program management</span></li> <li><span>8+ years Proven experience delivering&nbsp;Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Field Service projects</span></li> <li><span>8+ years Strong expertise in&nbsp;project planning, execution, and governance</span></li> <li><span>8+ years Experience managing&nbsp;scope, budget, resources, and risks</span></li> <li><span>8+ years Hands-on experience with&nbsp;Agile and Waterfall methodologies</span></li> <li><span>8+ years Experience with tools such as&nbsp;Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, or similar</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span>Preferred Qualifications</span></p> <ul> <li><span>PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification</span></li> <li><span>Experience managing&nbsp;large-scale enterprise implementations</span></li> <li><span>Exposure to&nbsp;Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)</span></li> <li><span>Domain experience in&nbsp;Utilities, Manufacturing, Telecom, or similar industries</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span>Soft Skills</span></p> <ul> <li><span>Excellent&nbsp;communication and stakeholder management skills</span></li> <li><span>Ability to collaborate effectively with&nbsp;technical and business teams</span></li> <li><span>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</span></li> <li><span>Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong decision-making skills</span></li> <li><span>Team-oriented approach with focus on delivery excellence and knowledge sharing</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span>#LI-NorthAmerica</span></strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span><span><strong>About NTT DATA</strong></span></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span>NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology s
