The team in Athens comprises 11 members who closely collaborate with our other teams based in Uppsala (Sweden) and Mumbai (India).</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>As an Order Reconciliation Associate, you will manage various tasks, all aimed at ensuring the accurate booking of revenue and cost associated with our sales orders. These tasks involve, among others, reviewing daily statements, reconciling multiple accounts and resolving discrepancies. It is also important to identify system errors, investigate any unusual transactions and report your findings on a daily basis.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Correct errors and discrepancies with adjustment postings in the accounting system</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Close any open sales orders not automatically invoiced</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Perform reconciliation and manage sales orders utilizing multiple platforms/systems including D365, Global Distribution Systems (GDSs), Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP)</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Identify areas of improvement and provide feedback on ongoing processes</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Spot errors,conduct investigations and report findings in accordance with our guidelines</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Collaborate effectively with various teams to achieve results</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Offer assistance and support to the team as required</span></p></li></ul><h4>Requirements</h4><ul><li><p><span>BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Apps</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span>High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Can-do attitude, self motivated</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Proactiveness and initiative-taking abilities</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Nice to have</strong></span></p><ul><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Previous experience in the Travel Industry</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNo
