We are looking for talents to help us lead Coupang’s expansion in Taiwan. As a Recruiter, you will manage a portfolio of positions and act as a strategic partner to the organization. You will also function as an ambassador, championing Coupang’s leadership principles and corporate culture. What You Will Do Recruit talent for Coupang’s rapidly expanding business by engaging with candidates, gathering market intelligence, communicating insights, influencing stakeholders, and driving best practices across our recruitment organization Employ a data-driven approach to recruiting, oversee recruitment metrics, and manage system data to continuously improve accuracy Utilize innovative talent sourcing channels, including job portal sites, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment companies to attract high-quality candidates Work closely with hiring managers to understand the clear needs and expectations of each position while providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process Define and improve interview criteria efficiently to assess candidates' abilities, experiences, and cultural fit Collaborate with the Public Relations team to lead internal and external promotional and recruitment marketing activities Ensure clear communication, timely feedback, and a smooth application process to foster a positive candidate experience Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of total experience in full-cycle recruitment Experience in managing tasks and pipelines within fulfillment centers, logistics hubs, or office settings Ability to solve problems through creative thinking and partnerships with other teams Ability to attain challenging targets through goal-setting and personal drive Proficiency in both Chinese and English for cross-regional communication Preferred Qualifications General understanding of business operations across key areas such as finance/legal/HR/logistics/e-commerce/tech Experience in managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and handling vendor communications Experience of working or hiring within a fast-paced or start-up environment Recruitment Process and Others Recruitment Process Application Review - Phone Interview - Onsite (or Virtual Onsite) Interview – Offer The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances.
