We operate with a lean, high-performance team and are looking for an organized, commercially minded Project Manager to coordinate product delivery, client success, and growth initiatives.<br><br>This full-time contracted position operates Mon-Fri UK working hours.</p> <p>This hybrid role combines Project Management, Client Success, Product Operations, Digital Marketing, and Business Development.</p> <h2>Working Hours</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Fully Remote</p> </li> <li> <p>Full-Time (Contracted)</p> </li> <li> <p>Monday to Friday</p> </li> <li> <p>UK Hours (9:00am – 5:00pm)</p> </li> </ul> <h2>The Role</h2> <p>You will act as the bridge between customers, developers, and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with client requirements.</p> <p>You will also support growth initiatives through digital/social-media campaign creation, marketing coordination, lead management, KPI tracking, and customer success activities.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <hr> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <h3>Project Management &amp; Product Operations (60%)</h3> <p>Client &amp; Stakeholder Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead client discovery and requirements-gathering sessions</p> </li> <li> <p>Translate business requirements into clear development tasks</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage timelines, priorities, and stakeholder communication</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide regular project updates and status reporting</p> </li> </ul> <p>Development Coordination</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate developers, designers, and stakeholders</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives</p> </li> <li> <p>Track project milestones and delivery schedules</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure work remains within scope and deadlines</p> </li> </ul> <p>Technical Triage &amp; QA</p> <ul> <li> <p>Document bugs, issues, and feature requests</p> </li> <li> <p>Reproduce and prioritize technical issues</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist with testing and acceptance validation</p> </li> <li> <p>Communicate technical requirements clearly to developers</p> </li> </ul> <p>Documentation</p> <ul> <li> <p>Create user stories and acceptance criteria</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain project documentation, SOPs, backlogs, and roadmaps</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Growth Marketing &amp; Business Development (40%)</h3> <p>Marketing</p> <ul> <li> <p>Create and coordinate marketing campaigns across SaaS products</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage content calendars and social media activity</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements</p> </li> <li> <p>Support website updates and marketing collateral</p> </li> </ul> <p>Sales &amp; Growth</p> <ul> <li> <p>Track leads, sales pipelines, and key KPIs</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain CRM records and reporting</p> </li> <li> <p>Support outbound prospecting and inbound enquiries</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify growth opportunities and process improvements</p> </li> </ul> <p>Customer Success</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support onboarding and customer adoption</p> </li> <li> <p>Track feedback and feature requests</p> </li> <li> <p>Contribute to retention and customer satisfaction initiatives</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <hr> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2>Requirements</h2> <h3>Communication (Essential)</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Excellent spoken and written English</p> </li> <li> <p>Confident communicating with customers, executives, and technical teams</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong meeting facilitation and presentation skills</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Project Management Experience</h3> <p>Minimum 3 years' experience managing:</p> <ul> <li> <p>SaaS products</p> </li> <li> <p>Web application projects</p> </li> <li> <p>Software delivery teams</p> </li> </ul> <p>Experience with:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Agile/Scrum methodologies</p> </li> <li> <p>Managing developers and stakeholders</p> </li> <li> <p>Delivering projects on time and within scope</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Technical Understanding</h3> <
