SAP Project Manager

Om tjänsten Start date August 10, 2026 End date January 29, 2027 Our custumer, located in Solna, are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager who has been exposed to EAM and Energy/Utilities during the carreer, to support the final (“Wave 3”) phase of their SAP S/4HANA transformation program. Wave 3 represents the final and perhaps most complex release, with tight timelines, parallel dependencies to earlier waves, and significant migration and cutover activities. This is a hands-on coordination and delivery role focused on driving IT execution across multiple workstreams and business units. Each workstream, refer to "Scope" below, will have lead reporting to this role. Scope Business scope: Two business units (international) Functional scope: Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Enterprise Portfolio & Project Management (EPPM) Document Management (DMS) Integration to Finance, Controlling, Procurement, etc. (i.e. IT delivery not in the scope of this role) Migration & cutover Responsibilities Drive and orchestrate IT delivery for the Wave 3 release (go-live: Jan 2028) Act as the link between program management and delivery teams Coordinate across Business Leads, IT workstreams, and external partners Actively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery progress Support and challenge workstreams to secure alignment with plan, scope, and quality Drive readiness for migration, cutover, and go-live Provide structured reporting to program leadership and steering forums Kvalifikationer Skills Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation delivery (end-to-end) Proven track record in complex, multi-stream coordination roles Msut have previous project experience covering SAP EAM and/or EPPM Strong exposure to migration and cutover planning/execution Experience in energy/utilities or asset-intensive industries Comfortable operating in high-pressure, multi-stakeholder environments Fluent in English (Swedish is a merit) needs to be able to travel 2 times per month to other locations Om arbetsgivaren Vi på 21Activa har över 30 års samlad erfarenhet inom bemanning och rekrytering.
