SAP Project Manager

<p><span><strong>Start Date:</strong> August</span><br><span><strong>End Date:</strong> Extension may be possible)</span><br><span><strong>Allocation:</strong> Full-time (100%)</span><br><span><strong>Location:</strong> Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid – approximately 3 days onsite and 2 days remote)</span></p><h2><span>Assignment Description</span></h2><p><span>We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Project Manager to support the final implementation phase of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program within an international asset-intensive organization.</span></p><p><span>This is a hands-on delivery leadership role focused on coordinating multiple workstreams, aligning business and IT stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution during the project's most critical stages, including migration, cutover, and go-live preparation.</span></p><h3><span>Example Responsibilities</span></h3><ul><li><p><span>Lead and coordinate delivery across multiple SAP workstreams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage project risks, dependencies, timelines, and delivery progress.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure alignment with scope, quality objectives, and implementation plans.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate migration, cutover, and go-live readiness activities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide structured reporting to program management and steering committees.</span></p></li></ul><h2><span>Mandatory Requirements</span></h2><ul><li><p><span>Minimum 10 years of experience as an SAP Project Manager.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven track record delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hands-on experience with SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and/or Enterprise Portfolio & Project Management (EPPM).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong experience planning and executing migration and cutover activities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-workstream transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working within the energy, utilities, or other asset-intensive industries.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Professional fluency in English.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with document management solutions and integrations with Finance, Controlling, and Procurement processes is considered an advantage.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Previous experience working in international project environments is preferred.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.</span></p></li></ul>
