Scrum Master / Tester

Assignment description We are looking for a Scrum Master / Tester for an assignment within complete vehicle integration testing. This role combines two areas of responsibility: 50% Scrum Master and 50% Tester. You will lead and support an agile team while also working with complete vehicle integration testing and verification of electrical systems within SIL/HIL testing. The role covers the full test cycle, including planning, execution, test leadership, fault analysis, and continuous improvement of test methods and test environments. Scrum Master Responsibilities Lead and support the team according to Agile methodologies and frameworks, including SAFe. Coach and support team members in solving daily challenges and obstacles. Facilitate Agile processes and promote effective team collaboration. Testing & Verification Responsibilities Perform complete vehicle integration testing and verification of electrical systems from an integration perspective. Execute integration tests for both new and existing functionality. Contribute to the continuous improvement of test methods and test environments for current and future functionality. Verify complete electrical systems through SIL/HIL testing activities. Participate in the full test cycle, including: Test planning Test leadership Test execution Fault analysis Qualifications: Must Have: Engineering background within Mechanical Engineering, Embedded Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience working with Agile methodologies. Verification and/or Validation experience. Experience performing testing activities and fault analysis. Python experience. Valid driver’s license Fluent in English Nice To Have: Experience with SIL/HIL testing. Experience with complete vehicle integration testing. Experience working with electrical systems from an integration perspective. Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). Scrum Master certification (ScM). Truck driver’s license is preferred. Soft Skills: Analytical and systematic approach to problem solving. Strong communication skills. Coaching mindset with the ability to support and guide teams. Interest in testing and verification. Strong curiosity and interest in understanding root causes of issues. Ability to collaborate effectively within an Agile team environment.
