Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in brand strategy, product marketing, publishing, or equivalent roles Experience leading integrated go-to-market campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement Strong understanding of growth and performance marketing, with the ability to connect brand strategy to business outcomes Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across disciplines and regions Strong strategic thinking, with experience translating insights into plans, briefs, and campaign direction Experience working with gaming audiences, ideally within live-service or strategy-driven genres Excellent communication skills, with experience aligning diverse stakeholders Strong organizational and project management skills, managing complex timelines and dependencies Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with TFT, Riot IP, and the strategy or live-service game landscape Experience working with game development teams and understanding development cycles Experience with media planning, user acquisition, or channel strategy within full-funnel campaigns Experience managing campaigns across PC, mobile, and console Strong awareness of digital culture and player communities Passion for games across PC, mobile, and/or console For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes the delight of players.
