Senior Consultant / Business Analyst - Post-Trade Efficiency / T+1

Role Overview:   We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (AVP level) with a strong background in Post Trade Efficiency initiatives driven by T+1. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to independently lead project management or business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, process improvement to support T+1 readiness including –  Improving Trade Allocations, Matching and Settlements across the trade lifecycle.  Design and implement new technology solutions for improvement of settlement flows  Remediate Trade matching breaks and reconciliations  Key Responsibilities:   Lead end-to-end business analysis for T+1 change  Design and enhance processes to support improved trade lifecycle flows  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front office, middle office, technology, and operations  Conduct quality assurance reviews on existing process flows
