Responsibilities Act as a technical specialist within a critical environment discipline such as electrical, mechanical, controls, or generator systems. Perform advanced operational tasks independently and provide technical guidance to colleagues. Inspect and monitor critical facility infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and control systems, identifying and escalating abnormal conditions. Use the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage assets, maintenance activities, and work orders. Lead and coordinate incident response activities to restore service and minimise operational impact. Follow, improve, and support Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs), Methods of Procedure (MOPs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Perform planned, predictive, and corrective maintenance on critical infrastructure equipment. Troubleshoot systems, equipment, subsystems, and components within your area of expertise. Mentor and support technicians by sharing technical knowledge and troubleshooting expertise. Ensure compliance with all safety, security, environmental health and safety (EH&S), and operational standards. Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Required Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, with significant experience in mission-critical environments such as datacentres, manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical facilities, energy infrastructure, or similar industries; or equivalent practical experience. Experience within a specialised technical discipline, such as mechanical, electrical, controls, or a related field. Security Requirements Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including: Successful completion of the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire or transfer and every two years thereafter. Preferred Qualifications Extensive experience working in mission-critical operations or critical infrastructure environments. Associate’s Degree, technical trade certification, military training, or other relevant technical qualifications. Advanced technical expertise within a specialised discipline and a proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems independently. Compensation & Benefits The typical base salary range for this role in Sweden is SEK 520,000 – 749,000 per year.
