As our Senior DevOps/SRE Engineer, you will play a strategic role within our engineering department, directly reporting to the VP of Engineering and contributing to the departmental strategy from an infrastructure perspective. You will define, implement, and maintain our servers and database infrastructure, ensuring our systems are secure, compliant, and scalable.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>Main responsibilities,</span></strong></p> <p> </p> <p><span>This role is integrated into the Tech department. The team member shall perform the tasks inherent to such a position, including, but not limited to, the following:</span></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong><span>Define, implement, and maintain cloud-based server</span></strong><span> and database infrastructure, managed with Kubernetes.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><strong><span>IaC as the base</span></strong><span> philosophy for </span><strong><span>managing infrastructure</span></strong><span>.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><strong><span>Own and manage our monitoring setup</span></strong><span>, utilizing all modules of Datadog for proactive infrastructure monitoring.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><strong><span>Collaborate closely with team lead</span></strong><span>s and the software architect to ensure alignment across our engineering efforts, and be an active part of our tech guild.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><strong><span>Guarantee the security and compliance of our environments</span></strong><span>, working towards achieving necessary certifications and standards.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><strong><span>Contribute to strategic decision-making on infrastructure</span></strong><span> to ensure pragmatic solutions that align with product direction and future growth.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><strong><span>Collaborate with development teams to design, implement, and manage CI/CD</span></strong><span> pipelines that foster fast and safe software delivery.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><strong><span>Mentor other engineers</span></strong><span> on DevOps best practices and provide guidance on infrastructure-related topics.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Proactively </span><strong><span>identify opportunities for system improvements</span></strong><span> and drive the implementation of those solutions.</span></p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>Main requirements,</span></strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p><span>Significant experience with </span><strong><span>cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)</span></strong><span>, </span><strong><span>Kubernetes</span></strong><span>, </span><strong><span>Helm</span></strong><span>, and tools like </span><strong><span>Datadog</span></strong><span>.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Good knowledge of </span><strong><span>managing IaC with Terraform</span></strong><span>.</span></p> </li> <li&
