You will work hands-on together with the development and operations team to maintain production stability and enable efficient delivery.</p><p>You will join a senior DevOps team consisting of two Senior DevOps Engineers and one Senior DBA, working collaboratively across multiple locations.</p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><p><span><strong>Cloud & Platform Management</strong></span></p><ul><li><p>Manage and operate Kubernetes workloads with best practices for scalability and resilience</p></li><li><p>Maintain and develop our cloud and platform environments</p></li><li><p>Work with ingress solutions such as NGINX (or equivalent)</p></li></ul><p><span><strong>DevOps & CI/CD</strong></span></p><ul><li><p>Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and environments</p></li><li><p>Support and troubleshoot build and deployment workflows</p></li><li><p>Work closely with developers to streamline delivery processes</p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Hosting & Infrastructure</strong></span></p><ul><li><p>Manage server hosting and virtualized infrastructure (VMs)</p></li><li><p>Perform performance tuning and optimization</p></li><li><p>Maintain backup solutions and ensure reliability</p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Operations & Incident Management</strong></span></p><ul><li><p>Monitor systems, clusters, and infrastructure proactively</p></li><li><p>Participate in incident response and troubleshooting</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with development teams during incidents and changes</p></li></ul><p><strong>Your profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or operations in production environments</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines</p></li><li><p>Experience working with both Windows and Linux environments</p></li><li><p>Strong skills in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production environments</p></li><li><p>Experience with virtual machines and certificate management</p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Nice-to-have</strong></span></p><ul><li><p>GitOps practices</p></li><li><p>Cloud security knowledge</p></li><li><p>Experience with Grafana or OpenStack</p></li></ul><p>You are a collaborative and humble team player who values knowledge sharing and enjoys working closely with others.
