Senior Enterprise Architect (Insurance Industry)

We are currently seeking an Senior Enterprise Architect (Insurance Industry) specialist to join one of our clients ' teams from Berlin. Responsibilities: You will define the target end-to-end architecture together with prospective insurance customers and guide them from the initial technical analysis through to the signed solution agreement. You will present architectural concepts and technical roadmaps convincingly to C-level stakeholders (CTOs, CIOs, CDOs) and act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for both technical and business decision-makers. You will drive technical transformation within the Customer Delivery organization by standardizing architectural practices, introducing modern cloud and SaaS patterns, and enabling delivery teams. You will serve as a mentor and technical anchor for Solution Architects and Customer Delivery Managers throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will document architectural decisions, requirements, and technical concepts, ensuring long-term knowledge sharing and retention within the Customer Delivery organization. You will be responsible for technical communication with all stakeholders—both internal and external—keeping everyone consistently informed and aligned.
