BUSINESS UNIT Enterprise Solutions is a business unit in HRS which integrates multiple solutions through the interchange of information from various business processes and related databases. Working in Enterprise Solutions means working on our core systems which enable our business processes on a daily basis. Pay2Reclaim platform is at the core of HRS’s value proposition—simplifying travel payments, automating invoicing, and transforming spend data into actionable insights. As a member of the Pay2Reclaim teams, you’ll operate at the crossroads of travel and finance, helping some of the world’s leading businesses streamline complex payment flows and gain control over their global travel spend —with visibility, automation, and intelligence at every step. CHALLENGE - Full-Stack Engineering: Design, build, and maintain scalable applications using Next.js/TypeScript (frontend) and Java/Python (backend). - Design and build a next-generation AI-powered wallet platform for global enterprise travel and expense management. - Deliver automated payment and expense workflows with intelligent failover and real-time compliance. - Create a personalized, omni-channel experience accessible via mobile-first web and integrated with external ecosystems. - Eliminate manual processes through AI-driven orchestration and smart agents managing complex event lifecycles. - Ensure scalability, security, and outstanding user experience across diverse enterprise use cases. - Build backend systems where AI Agents act as the core orchestration layer, enabling dynamic workflows and intelligent decision-making. - Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and automate testing (unit, integration, and regression) for high-quality delivery. FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH... - 5+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production systems, with strong end-to-end ownership of product delivery. - Hands-on expertise with Next.js, React, and TypeScript, including server-side rendering, component-based architecture, and state management. - Strong backend development skills in Java and/or Python, with solid understanding of system architecture, scalability, and production reliability. - Experience integrating GenAI APIs, LLM features, assistants, or AI-powered product capabilities into production systems. - Immersive adoption of AI across the SDLC. Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development workflows for scaffolding, refactoring, testing, debugging, documentation, and delivery while critically reviewing outputs and maintaining engineering standards. - AI-first mindset. Approaches every task by asking whether it can be completed entirely with AI or improved significantly through AI, then applies the right level of human review, validation, and control. - Excellent communication skills and fluency in English to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
