Senior Growth Marketing Lead (B2B Tech & IoT)
We are currently seeking a senior Growth Marketing Manager / Digital Demand Generation Lead for an innovative and expanding technology business operating within the IoT space. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and hands-on marketing professional who enjoys building new capabilities from the ground up. You will play a key role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for a growing business area, with a strong focus on demand generation, lead acquisition, digital sales enablement, and conversion optimization. The role sits within the marketing organization and offers significant ownership and influence. You will be responsible for creating a modern, data-driven marketing engine that directly contributes to revenue growth and measurable business outcomes. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in digitally mature organizations such as SaaS, software, technology, or other high-growth B2B environments. You understand how to connect marketing activities to pipeline generation, sales performance, and commercial impact. This is not purely a strategic role. We are looking for someone who can define the direction while also rolling up their sleeves and executing campaigns, creating content, launching initiatives, and driving results. The assignment will start on a consultancy basis after the summer, with strong potential for extension. Key Objectives You will be responsible for designing and implementing a marketing strategy that attracts qualified traffic, generates high-quality leads, and improves conversion throughout the entire customer journey. Acting as both a strategic advisor and an operational driver, you will help prioritize initiatives that create tangible business value and accelerate growth. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of growth marketing strategies across an IoT portfolio, with responsibility for demand generation, digital acquisition, lead generation, and conversion optimization. Build and scale a data-driven marketing engine, optimize customer journeys, oversee content and campaign execution, improve website performance and CRO, and drive measurable business growth through continuous analysis, testing, and performance optimization. Required Experience We believe you have: 7–10+ years of experience in digital, performance-driven marketing. Proven success within demand generation, growth marketing, or digital sales. Experience from SaaS, software, technology, or other digitally advanced industries. Strong knowledge of lead generation, marketing automation platforms, and CRM ecosystems. Hands-on experience with conversion optimization and data-driven marketing. A strong understanding of the relationship between marketing, sales, and revenue growth. The ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing initiatives. Experience producing and managing digital content including landing pages, campaigns, email marketing, presentations, and web copy. Familiarity with modern AI-enabled marketing tools and workflows.
