We bridge clients and partners & professionals throughout the talent supply chain, for the benefit of individuals, organizations and society. 🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Senior Java Developer working with Credit Data Sourcing domain. 🔹 ✔️Preferred locations: Gdańsk/Warszawa/Łódź Office attendance required 3 days per week. ✔️The role focuses on: Development and maintenance of backend services handling credit data Strong involvement in data flows, integrations, and business logic Close cooperation with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders Participation in production support and incident resolution ✔️Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices Implement and optimize data flows and integrations between systems Collaborate with analysts on: - user stories - acceptance criteria - solution design Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Support incident analysis and troubleshooting (logs, root cause analysis) Contribute to refinement sessions and technical design discussions Ensure high-quality code, testing, and performance ✔️Ways of Working: Agile / Scrum team environment Close collaboration with: Business Analysts (who define requirements and user stories) Product Owner and stakeholders Active participation in: - refinement - daily work - release coordination (team aligns regularly around releases) ✔️Must-have knowledge and experience: Domain & Functional Expectations • Experience in: o data flows / data sourcing systems o integration-heavy environments • Ability to: o understand end-to-end data flow across systems o analyze impact of changes on upstream/downstream systems • Experience in financial/credit domain is a strong advantage Key differentiator: Developer must understand how data flows through the systems, not only implement services. • This is NOT a pure coding role • Candidates must: o understand business context and data flows o be able to work closely with analysts and refine requirements • Profiles focused only on “feature coding” without system understanding may not fit Soft Skills / Seniority Expectations • Ability to challenge and clarify requirements • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ownership mindset – takes responsibility for delivery • Good communication with both technical and business stakeholders • Comfortable working in complex, distributed systems ✔️Nice-to-have knowledge and experience: o frontend Angular or React framework o credit risk / banking systems o event-driven architectures o performance tuning in data-heavy systems ✔️ We offer: B2B agreement Transparent working conditions with both Ework and the client Current support during our cooperation Possibility to work in an international environment Collaborative environment in Swedish organizational culture Private medical care Life insurance Multisport Teambuilding events Contact person: karolina.rosikiewicz@eworkgroup.com Client code: BN01 Do you know someone who would fit this position?
