The Role The B2B Payments Product in Etraveli Group involves the issuing of Virtual Cards and the management of real-time airline payouts in the context of booking fulfillment. Its core elements include card issuing and processing, payout orchestration and airline payments management. The Senior Manager - B2B Payments Product role is focused on Product Development and Product Operations activities. The role is responsible for ensuring that Etraveli’s business model is manifested in B2B Payments capabilities, in a manner that is operational, formalized and scalable. On the Product Operations side the role will lead the governance of the product lifecycle by enforcing standardized use of tools and workflows to ensure all requirements, roadmaps, and product knowledge are professionally documented, centralized, and readily accessible to all stakeholders. Responsibilities: Drive Product Discovery and Product Definition actions rooted in a comprehensive understanding of how the B2B Payments Product contributes to overall business value, encompassing interactions, interfaces, and interdependencies with other platform components. Enforce Product Governance by optimizing the use of tools and workflows among stakeholders, analysts and Product Owners to ensure consistency across the product lifecycle. Guarantee the integrity and accessibility of product knowledge by overseeing the professional documentation of all requirements and product specifications. Maintain a centralized and transparent roadmap that serves as the single source of truth for the department, ensuring clear alignment between product planning and business prioritization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grasp the broader context, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals . Provide concise product requirements documentation , comprising functional requirements, prototypes, use cases, and flow diagrams, illustrating clear representation of the expected output. Articulate precise acceptance criteria, ensuring a clear alignment between stakeholders and development teams regarding deliverable clarity. Act as the top escalation Subject Matter Expert on B2B Payments platform functionality and data elements. Develop and maintain product-related expertise in the payments industry and payment mechanics within the travel distribution market, ensuring the platform maintains a future-proof competitive edge. Ensure Business Intelligence systems accurately reflect product output and define meaningful KPIs for stakeholders.
