We focus on collaboration, productivity and efficiency, carefully balanced against security, legal and regulatory requirements — and we pride ourselves on a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous learning.</p><p></p><p><strong>Role Overview:</strong><br>As a Senior Microsoft Purview & Modern Workplace Consultant, you’ll be the technical lead for data governance and compliance engagements — owning solution design and full lifecycle delivery across Microsoft 365, Purview, SharePoint and the Power Platform. You’ll shape pre-sales and discovery, translate complex regulatory requirements into robust solutions, and mentor fellow consultants.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><span>• </span>Act as technical lead on Microsoft Purview engagements — owning design, build and lifecycle delivery of information protection, DLP, retention, records management, insider risk and eDiscovery across client tenants.</p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>• </span>Lead the technical direction of pre-sales and discovery engagements, including demonstrations and solution design.</p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>• </span>Translate business and regulatory requirements (e.g. UK GDPR, ISO 27001) into Scopes of Work and Technical Solution Designs, mapped to Purview controls and Compliance Manager.</p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>• </span>Contribute to tender responses and bid strategy with the sales and projects teams.</p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>• </span>Produce high-standard documentation and present solutions to senior stakeholders.</p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>• </span>Mentor and upskill consultants across the modern work team, and keep up to date with developments across Microsoft cloud technologies.</p><p></p><p><strong>Required Skills & Experience:</strong></p><p><span>• </span>Extensive experience in a similar role across Microsoft 365, Purview, SharePoint and the Power Platform.</p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>• </span>Demonstrable delivery of compliance and data governance solutions across the Purview E5 workloads.</p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>• </span>Strong solution architecture and design skills across Microsoft 365 collaboration tooling.</p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>• </span>SharePoint configuration, administration, migration and scripting (CSOM, PowerShell, PnP), plus PowerApps and Power Automate development.</p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>• </span>Excellent communication and writing skills, with proposal and tender experience.</p><p class="MsoListParagraph"></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><strong>Desirable: </strong></p><ul><li><p class="MsoListParagraph">Microsoft certifications (SC-400/SC-401, SC-100, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert), MCT, Copilot and Copilot Studio, and Azure development experience.</p></li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li><p>A dynamic and supportive working environment.</p></li><li><p>Opportunities for career progression within the company.</p></li><li><p>Ongoing training and professional development.</p></li><li><p>Competitive salary</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Key Points:</strong></p><p><strong>Diversity & Inclusion:</strong> We celebrate diverse backgrounds and perspectives; they make us stronger.
