Grab this opportunity to be a part of us and our journey!<br><br><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-3f99212b-7fff-dd22-3a88-39f7bf3d21a5">The scope of your role:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will take part in the process of designing and developing AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Quick AI.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will have an impact on our engineering practices by partnering with development teams and helping them prepare solutions for scalable, secure and deterministic agentic development.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will be responsible for driving the continuous evolution of our AI platform, ensuring it adopts best practices of GenAI use in SDLC and business processes automation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will participate in evaluation, cost optimisation, and governance of tooling, LLMs and design patterns for an agentic approach.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will work with: AWS, GitHub Actions, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Google Gemini, Jira, Confluence, and Git.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will work using modern AI dev tools.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-3f99212b-7fff-dd22-3a88-39f7bf3d21a5">Required qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>5+ years of commercial experience in software engineering.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Solid experience with Amazon Bedrock & Amazon Quick AI.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Solid experience in Python and adjacent tools.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Solid experience with prompt engineering and prompt testing (structured outputs).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with designing harnesses for coding assistants, understanding of modern agentic patterns.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with cost optimization of GenAI solutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar agent frameworks.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understanding of data security and other risks associated with agentic workflows.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Willingness and interest to collaborate and work in a team.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-3f99212b-7fff-dd22-3a88-39f7bf3d21a5">Preferred qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Experience with other AI oriented AWS services like Amazon Sagemaker or AWS Transcribe.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with the AWS platform beyond AI oriented services.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with working with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with scripting using PowerShell 6+.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with software engineering best practices and modern delivery standards.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Exposure to microservice infrastructure.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Exposure to Infrastructure as Code and platform engineering practices.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Exposure to Agile development methodologies.</span><br><br><strong>About you?</strong></p><p>You are a creative and curious person.
