Senior Product Manager - In-store Experience

This is where our machine learning and data need to come together--fast, reliably, and in a way people trust.</span></p><p><span>As Senior Product Manager, you’ll own a key part of this experience. You’ll work directly with stores, observe real behavior, and continuously improve how scanning, guidance, and recommendations come together in a live retail environment.</span></p><p><span>You’ll operate in an AI-native way, moving quickly from insight to prototype to decision, while ensuring the intelligence behind the product translates into a simple, intuitive experience for users.<br></span></p><h6>What will you do&nbsp;:</h6><ul><li><p><span>Lead in-store discovery with shoppers and retail staff to understand real behavior.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Take end-to-end responsibility for the experience across clerk-led and self-service flows.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Improve speed, clarity, and trust in the scanning and recommendation experience.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prototype collaboratively and iteratively using AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude, v0.dev) to explore, validate, and refine ideas before committing engineering resources.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Translate complex fit data and machine learning outputs into intuitive user experiences.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work closely with the commercial team and retail partners to ensure real-world impact.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribute to and thoughtfully shape product strategy with an evidence-informed perspective.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Navigate trade-offs thoughtfully, balancing usability, performance, and scalability.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify friction points and opportunities across the in-store journey.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Communicate openly on plans, progress, and decisions</span>.</p></li><li><p><span>Travel up to 4 times per year as needed.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>We're excited about you because you are:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Passionate about the things you care about and love to make things better.</p></li><li><p>Able to frame problems and opportunities in ways that inspire new ideas and novel approaches to solving them.</p></li><li><p>Autonomous, able to make decisions and move without waiting for permission.</p></li><li><p>Curious, adaptable, and data-driven.</p></li><li><p>Collaborative and a kind team member who fosters collaboration.</p></li><li><p>Open to teaching others and learning new things.<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>We want you to:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Have <span>5+ years of experience in product management or equivalent product-building roles, operating in complex stakeholder or enterprise environments.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Have cultivated a strong product sense for interaction design, usability, and human behavior.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Be comfortable working directly with customers in physical environments.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build trusted relationships across commercial and retail partners.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Actively use AI tools to prototype, test, and iterate on solutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Have strong discovery instincts, able to listen carefully and surface insights from real-world behavior.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Be able to balance speed with reliability in a live retail environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Be able to make well-reasoned product decisions in ambiguous, real-world situations
