What You’ll Do Lead the development of EVM-based systems and blockchain infrastructure. Design and implement Proof of Stake and other consensus models . Build and optimize smart contract platforms and tooling . Collaborate with leadership to define technical strategy and roadmap. Mentor engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Drive decentralization and scalability improvements.
