Well, this is where you come in.<br></p><h4><strong>WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO</strong></h4><p>We are looking for a senior Quality &amp; Regulatory Affairs (Q&amp;RA) professional to take a leading role in driving both strategic and operational initiatives across a diverse project portfolio. In this position, you will act as a trusted partner within cross-functional teams, ensuring that quality and regulatory requirements are embedded from the earliest stages and consistently upheld throughout the entire project lifecycle.</p><p>You will play a key role in shaping scalable, compliant routes to market by coordinating subject matter experts, strengthening processes, and driving continuous improvements. With a strong mandate, you will also serve as a critical decision-maker, managing risks and ensuring that all activities meet the highest quality and regulatory standards.</p><h6>Here’s the main elements of the role...</h6><ul><li><p>Lead Q&amp;RA activities across global and local projects, ensuring alignment with strategy and regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p>Act as Q&amp;FS subject matter expert throughout the full project lifecycle, including risk assessments, criteria definition, and stage-gate deliverables.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate Q&amp;RA workstreams across product, process, market, and compliance initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Drive implementation of global PD Flow Q&amp;RA processes <span>where applicable and needed, ensuring compliant and effective execution.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Deliver Q&amp;A deliverables according to the company's Capex project model.</span></p></li><li><p>Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of global processes and sub-processes.</p></li><li><p>Coach and guide teams on Q&amp;RA standards, promoting a risk-based mindset.</p></li><li><p>Ensure end-to-end Q&amp;RA and food safety compliance across projects and launches.</p></li><li><p>Lead product risk assessments integrating quality, food safety, and regulatory aspects.</p></li><li><p>Review and challenge validation strategies and readiness for implementation.</p></li><li><p>Act as escalation point for complex food safety and regulatory decisions.</p></li><li><p>Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across PD, S&amp;T, SQA, Compliance, Supply Chain Commercial teams <span>and internal/external manufacturing sites.</span></p></li><li><p>When needed coordinate external consultants in alignment with Global RA and Sustainability leadership.</p></li><li><p>Support and/or lead additional Quality and Food Safety initiatives aligned with business priorities.<br></p></li></ul><p>In this role, you will work closely with a broad range of stakeholders across the organization, including the Global Q&amp;RA team, Innovation, Product Development, Technical Product Management<span>, Global Engineering, Science &amp; Technology and internal/external manufacturing sites</span>. You will also partner with Commercial and Creative (ODMC) teams, the Sustainability function <span>and when needed </span>external consultants and legal advisors to ensure alignment, compliance, and successful <span>delivery of Q&amp;RA deliverables in projects.</span></p><p><span>In this role, you will be expected to travel 4-8 times/year to various locations globally. Y</span>ou will report into <span>Global Director QA Market &amp; Innovation </span>and the location for this role is in Landskrona and/or Malmo.</p><p>This next section is for all the bullet point lovers out there...</p><h4>WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE</h4><p>We are looking for you who have at least 10 years of <span>experience in food quality or regulatory affairs in a global function.</span></p><h6>Other key competencies &amp; experiences:</h6><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food quality, food safety, regulatory or similar scientific discipline.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Job-specific education and job-specific training is a must.</span></p></li><li><p><span>General knowledge of quality-related topics (e.g. HACCP, auditing, supplier quality assurances, raw material testing etc.)</span></p></li><li class=
