Who you are You are an experienced recruiter for Senior ICs and Leadership roles. You have full professional English and Portuguese language plus Spanish communication skills. You have exceptional analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities. You are passionate and driven about building a high-performing by encouraging team to continuously develop and grow. Payments or FinTech experience will be a plus, enthusiasm is a must.
