We are looking for a highly motivated and data driven Senior Retail Account Manager to join our growing team. As a Senior Retail Account Manager you’ll play a key role in maximizing our partners performance on the Wolt platform. You’ll focus on building strong relationships, providing top tier client experience, and driving growth through data-driven insights and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Day-to-day in this role you’ll: 1. Strategic Account Ownership Own and grow a portfolio of strategic retail partners; Drive revenue, profitability, assortment growth, and operational excellence across assigned accounts; Build long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers; Lead contract renewals, commercial negotiations, and partnership expansion discussions; 2. Commercial Growth & Portfolio Development Drive initiatives that improve assortment quality, availability, pricing competitiveness, and customer experience; Lead discussions around advertising, promotional campaigns, subscription products, and new commercial opportunities; 3. Data-Driven Performance Management Own business reviews and performance reporting for strategic partners; Monitor key commercial KPIs and proactively identify risks and opportunities; 4. Cross-Functional Leadership Coordinate initiatives across Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Strategy teams; Lead complex partner projects requiring cross-functional execution. Escalate and resolve strategic partner issues impacting growth or customer experience; 5. Coaching & Functional Leadership Mentor junior Account Managers and Key Account Managers. Contribute to process improvements and account management standards. Act as a role model for commercial excellence and stakeholder management. Our humble expectations 5+ years of experience in account management, retail operations; experience in e-commerce or marketplace is a plus; Proven track record in driving commercial growth and optimizing performance within retail or partner management environments; Solid negotiation skills with experience re-negotiating commercial terms to build sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships; Strategic commercial mindset with the ability to build crisp, data-driven business cases and translate complex insights into actionable decisions; Mastery in navigating relationships at all organizational levels, fostering alignment and championing seamless collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
