Senior Sonographer & Trainee Obstetrics Sonographer | Dún Laoghaire

Job role: Medica Group is the market leader in the provision of teleradiology and managed radiology services to the UK and Ireland. We are pleased to offer a unique development opportunity for a CORU-registered Sonographer who wishes to expand their practice into obstetrics and early pregnancy ultrasound while maintaining and developing their general ultrasound skills. As we are constantly expanding our business, at this moment, we require specialisations in MSK, DDH or paediatrics. However, if you do not possess any of them but have extensive hands-on experience in general ultrasound, please get in touch! This role offers a structured combination of clinical practice and training: • Three days per week delivering scheduled general ultrasound services at our Dún Laoghaire clinic. • Two days per week fully dedicated to obstetric and early pregnancy ultrasound training at our clinic in Dublin 2. The successful candidate will also receive full funding and dedicated study time to complete an accredited obstetric ultrasound course commencing in September 2025. So, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sonographer looking to expand their skillset and start a career in obstetrics and early pregnancy ultrasound.
